In honor of the Back-to-School season, we thought it would be fun to have a learning contest involving our conference online platform, Portico.
During the month of September, you will see a “Leaderboard” icon on your Portico homepage. This will show you the people in our conference who have accumulated the most points on Portico this month.
There are two ways to earn points: 1) complete an online course; and 2) leave a comment on a course. All course completions during the month will earn points, though certain courses will have extra point values.
Now is a great time to take a course, encourage others in your church to join the platform, and have some fun!
The contest begins on September 1st and runs through September 30th. Prizes will be awarded based on total points, and other criteria (we’ll have a new learners category, plus laity and clergy categories). Good luck!
