2023 Fall Workshop

Fall Workshop registration is CLOSED! We are at capacity, and will NOT be accepting on site registrations. We'll see you next year!

Fall Workshop is an annual gathering of youth ages 12-18 (grades 6th through 12th) throughout the West Virginia Conference. Young people have an opportunity to gather with other students to worship, grow in faith, and have a lot of fun! This year’s Fall Workshop will be November 10-12 at Jackson’s Mill in Weston, WV. Cost is $125 per person (this includes all meals and lodging). All of our staff and volunteers have had background checks and are Safe Sanctuaries trained.

This year’s theme is “Hello, My name is_____,” and we’ll be learning from different characters in scripture about who God made them to be, how God used them, and how God has a plan for us too!

Fall Workshop is a fantastic opportunity to get to know new people and experience new things! Join us for nine-square, games with Spring Heights Staff, exciting workshops, and a Saturday night 90’s themed party!

Render the Hearts

We are so excited to have Render the Hearts leading worship for us throughout the weekend, plus singing some of their original music for us on Saturday night! You can follow the link above to get to their website, or find them on YouTube.
Lead singer Mike says: "Just like God’s commission to Isaiah we feel called to show the world God’s love! Our mission as a band is to “Prepare our hearts through Scripture, prayer, and fellowship to be transparent onstage and lead by example offstage”. Whether people see us at a concert or at the mall, we want there to be no question about who we are and what we stand for!”

This year, we're at beautiful Jackson's Mill in Weston, WV! A special-mission campus of West Virginia University – owned and operated by WVU Extension – WVU Jackson’s Mill  offers cabins, on-site dining, ADA accessible facilities, and campus wide Wi-Fi on a beautiful campus.
