In 2021 we are planning to introduce an option for churches to engage with a team of trained church consultants from our conference.

These consultations will include three stages:

1. Pre-consultation—leadership development, church self-study, church survey, and an option for mystery guests reports, coaching.
2. Consultation weekend—conversations with church leaders, focus group meeting, all-church training, preaching on Sunday, and a report with areas of strength and suggested next steps to become more vital.
3. Post-consultation—coaching focused on completion of next steps and training workshops as required.

All elements bathed in prayer and discernment for God’s Spirit to guide us and lead us forward to reach ONE more for the Kingdom.
