Church statements will be uploaded to the website at the beginning of each month. Once a new month is uploaded the previous month’s statement will no longer be accessible on the web site. However, you can obtain an older statement copy if needed, by contacting Paula Koontz in the Conference Treasurer’s office.
At various times throughout the year paper copies of the statements will be mailed. They will be mailed (as well as posted on the web site) after the books close at the end of each quarter (March, June, & September).
Also, the usual monthly mailing will be done as we approach year-end. (October, November and Mid December). Final year-end statements get posted to the website and mailed in January after the books are closed for the year.
