Kim Matthews, Vice President of the United Methodist Foundation of West Virginia, was elected as the reserve lay delegate to 2020 General Conference. 

Matthews serves the Annual Conference Director of Lay Servant Ministries and teaches the Conference Certified Lay Ministry program.  Kim is a Certified Lay Minister and earned BS and MS degrees in biology from Marshall University. 

Kim will attend the General Conference in April-May 2024 and the Northeastern Jurisdictional Conference in July 2024.
