If you are interested in the webinar you are required to register. A registration link will be on the Conference Website https://www.wvumc.org/ After you register, Wespath will send you documents relevant to the Webinar. Please make sure to include your address. The Webinar will be from 9:00 a.m. until approximately 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.

As a reminder your letter of request to retire should be sent to the following individuals: Bishop Sandra Steiner Ball, Conference Pension Officer Jamion Wolford, your District Superintendent, and Chairperson of the Board of Ordained ministry. It is very important that you notify this office in order that we may process all information with Wespath.

You do not have to be retiring to attend the Webinar. It is also not assumed that you will attend just because you have requested retirement. Registration for this event is required for all who plan to attend. Deadline for Webinar registration is Sunday October 15, 2023. Registrations received after this date will receive pertinent documents after the Webinar. Those that register before the deadline will receive a small token of appreciation.
