Enjoy great fellowship with a time of learning and spiritual growth with Bishop as she teaches and leads the weekend.  This event is sponsored by the Conference Lay Ministry Team.

The retreat begins with an optional dinner on Friday evening, August 18, followed by opening worship, and it concludes mid-afternoon on Saturday, August 19, after lunch and a closing worship service.  The full agenda will be emailed to registered participants ahead of time.

We are grateful to the United Methodist Foundation of West Virginia for sponsoring Saturday’s lunch!  You are encouraged to car pool with other participants to save on travel costs and/or contact your local church for possible assistance with mileage or lodging room costs.

When making a room reservation, mention WV United Methodists (or UMC) to receive the group rate. Each room is individually paid by the participant.  Please provide a hard copy of your tax-exempt form, if applicable.
