To support one another the WVUMC Communications Team offers small groups to provide shared learning opportunities and mutual support.

Social media has become an important tool for churches, families, and individuals to connect with each other. But what platform works the best? How do I craft a good post and how can I get more people to engage in our content? These are some of the questions this group will explore.

Devotional Writing
During Advent and Lent/Easter each year, the WV Conference provides daily devotions written by Laity! This is an excellent way to bring God's word closer.
This small group will lift up and celebrate best practices in writing devotions to be used in your local church or on the Conference website.
Local Church Websites
Local church websites are an important tool for churches across the West Virginia Conference.
From a website your church can reach people who are 'google searching' for communities of faith as well as provide a comprehensive place for church members to learn more about the church and its activities.
AI - Artificial Intelligence
How can our church take advantage of this new technology? How do we avoid the pitfalls?
