The instructor for this class is Rev. Alicia Randolph Rapking, current pastor at First UMC Parkersburg. Alicia, as she prefers to be called, is an ordained elder in our conference and

previous served 9 years as director of Upshur House in Buckhannon, one of the conference’s supported missions. Alicia previously taught this course for the Wesleyan District.
