Come and join the Spring Heights Camp and Retreat Family!

By Shea James

Spring Heights Camp and Retreat Center is a place that changes lives! Campers are forever changed because of their experiences at camp, and summer staff leave with new skills that will carry them through life.

When you become part of Spring Heights staff, you become part of a close family.  You meet lots of people and gain lifelong friends. Summer staff say things like:

My time as a staff member at Spring Heights has shaped who I am today. I learned lessons and made memories that will last a lifetime. Not only did I get to invest in a younger generation of Christians, but I also grew in my faith. Spring Heights is a beautiful place, and God’s work is evident throughout the entire camp, from His beautiful creation to the campers’ and staff’s lives that are being transformed by Him. Being surrounded by God for an entire summer was incredible. What other job allows you to run around being crazy one hour and then have a deep spiritual conversation the next? Interacting with and leading the campers is so much fun, and the close relationships made with other staff are life-changing. I found a group of people who are my second family and my best friends. – Lauren Hanna
