For the 2022 Conference Budget, the Council on Finance and Administration (CFA) directed the ministry teams and Conference staff to accomplish an overall reduction of 5% with a 2% salary increase for Conference staff. Through a detailed, collaborative review of the historical spending and discussion of future expectations, the recommended budget is 5% or $644,461 less than the 2021 budget. Each budget area was considered individually; therefore, not all areas are be adjusted equally, but the recommendations reflect realistic spending expectations.
