The WV Conference Board of Global Ministries and Conference Congregational Vitality have combined to bring Reggie McNeal noted author and church consultant to West Virginia on February  16 and 17. The two-day workshop will be held at the Days Inn Conference Center in Flatwoods.

Reggie is encouraging pastors to attend with a couple of lay members of their congregation/charge. The workshop will be focused on two areas: moving our focus from internal focus to external focus (from church-centric to Kingdom-centric) and what it takes to lead this type of change. The workshop will include time to build concrete steps in moving in this direction.
