Our congregational development team has initiated many wonderful programs over the past few years to equip our congregations and leaders. The Congregational Vitality Initiative is intended to build on those, not replace them.
A few of the programs we have been doing throughout our conference:
- The Lay Mobilization Institute
- Choosing the Faithful Path
- Membership to Discipleship
- Reaching New People
If you and/or your church are currently involved in any of these and you are seeing fruit . . . please continue! We never want to stop any program or process that is producing fruit for God’s Kingdom. In fact, please let us know if there is anything we can do to add fuel to that fire.
