After eight years of tireless work to further Heart + Hand’s mission in the community, Vicki Ballengee left her role as Executive director in Spring 2022. We celebrate Heart + Hand’s new Executive Director, Eddie Bucklen! Eddie has been a member of the Heart + Hand community for many years.

Heart + Hand Outreach Ministries is the mission project of the Midland South District of the West Virginia Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church. We partner with most of the churches in our service areas to improve the living conditions of those in need.

The community supports their neighbors through Heart + Hand by volunteering, providing donations of food, clothing, furniture, housewares, and monetary assistance.
