Annual Conference 2020 Session will be Saturday, August 1 from 1PM-4PM. Members of the Annual Conference will gather at multiple, assigned locations within the Annual Conference area. All the sites will be connected virtually.

Those members who wish to have voice and vote during the session must attend in-person at the site assigned to them. To receive a site assignment, please return the blue reservation card mailed to you last week. The cards must be mailed by June 11.

Sites will be located in each district and social distance will be practiced. Because of the restricted numbers recommended for gatherings only members can receive an assigned location. All others are encouraged to view the Annual Conference session by watching the streaming video. Details about how to participate by joining the Livestream will be released closer to the session.

We may be meeting across the Annual Conference, but we are one body. I give thanks for each of you, who are witnessing to the world the kind of resourceful, loving, and generative ministry that made Methodism a movement at its start. May God’s grace be upon you; may Christ shine through you; may the Holy Spirit multiply our ministry in every place.
