Website Update Request

An easy to use form to update the information on wvumc.org for your agency or ministry area.
  • Please identify the church, charge, agency, committee or extension ministry that you are affiliated with.
  • Please provide your role: are you a committee chair? Do you serve in a specific agency? We want this information so that we may attribute authorship to you. (If you've been designated by a specific committee or agency to make these changes please include that information here).
  • Please provide your email address so that once the request is completed we may reply with a link for you to review.
  • Please provide a daytime phone number, in case we have any questions.
  • Please include the url (or name) of the webpage that we are making changes to. To capture the url, go to the webpage and copy and paste what is in the search bar across the top.
  • If you don't have many changes - feel free to insert new text here. If you have more than two paragraphs, please compose using Microsoft Word and attach file below.
