A journey of a lifetime awaits us all!

Bishop Sandra Steiner Ball invites local churches across the West Virginia Conference to participate in a life-giving, joy-filled journey together!

Follow this link to download and/or read each daily devotion.

“Walking with Jesus” will begin with a 10-day journey in the Holy Land. Each day, reflections, photos and videos will be emailed back home so that everyone has an opportunity to experience the journey with Bishop Sandra and the WVUMC Educational Opportunities tour group.

Then, Advent through Pentecost, a lectionary-based set of resources featuring videos, photos, reflections, devotions, and more will be made available via weekly emails and wvumc.org. These resources will be created by and for laity and clergy of the West Virginia Conference on the places where Jesus walked, taught, preached, healed, and changed the world.

The materials are intended for use in worship planning, teaching, small group studies, Sunday school classes, and personal devotions for Year A of the Revised Common Lectionary calendar from Advent 2019 through Pentecost 2020.
