2019 Day of Hope: A Celebration of Prevention and Recovery

The West Virginia Council of Churches and the Community Impact Coalition will celebrate the 5th Annual West Virginia Day of Hope: A Celebration of Prevention and Recovery on the weekend of September 13-15.

The Day of Hope is an opportunity for congregations across the state to lift up the issue of substance use disorder for education, discussion, and outreach. This year’s theme for the Day of Hope is “The Teenage Brain.”

Materials for the Day of Hope, including a litany, bulletin insert, and background information, will be mailed out to local congregations and may also be found on the West Virginia Council of Churches website at https://wvcc.org/day-of-hope/. Or download below:
