Seeds of Hope: Where Faithfulness Grows

By WVUMC News

Seeds of Hope: Where Faithfulness Grows, a new 6-week study for small groups, Bible studies, personal devotion, etc., is now available FREE for all West Virginia Conference churches through our District offices.

“Lent is a journey we take with Christ and one another” Bishop Sandra Steiner Ball writes in the introduction to the 40-page booklet. “It is a journey that helps us to focus on our discipleship formation…In this Lenten journey, we are called to reflect on how our faithful response to Christ bears fruit in our own lives and in the lives of those around us.”

Written by Rev. Jonathan Dierdorf (Rainelle & Bascom UMCs, Greenbrier District) with weekly reflections from WVUMC Director of Discipleship, Leadership and Congregational Vitality Ken Willard, Seeds of Hope: Where Faithfulness Grows includes scripture, commentary, stories, and personal witness to help spark conversations and encourage growth in discipleship.

The booklet is also available for download in electronic (PDF) format. Click here to download the file now.
