Items needed for Flood Buckets and Health Kits

WVUMC Director of Disaster Response, Dan Lowther, shares this message with all in the West Virginia Conference:

I hope this message finds everyone well. The weather as we know is not looking good for this week and weekend. A number of areas have already experienced some flooding issues.

As of yet we have had no requests for aid, but we continue to prepare at New Vision Depot. Flood buckets, health kits and other needed supplies are at the ready.

In anticipation of what may come with the upcoming storms more supplies may be need for our conference and surrounding areas.

Supplies for floodbuckets and health kits can be donated. We have a good stock of empty buckets but need supplies.

If you or your church wish to donate these items please call Dan Lowther 304.642.0897 to make arrangements to bring these to the depot. Please stay safe.
