To the West Virginia Conference:

I am excited to announce that beginning July 1, 2018, Rev. Dr. Bonnie MacDonald will be serving as the Interim Director of Connectional Ministries and as Director of Leadership Formation and Ministry Support. 

Bonnie has been faithfully and effectively serving as the Director of Leadership Formation and Ministry Support for more than six years.  Bonnie brings a wealth of experience, gifts, and skills to this interim DCM position.  Please continue to support her with your prayers.

The Conference is currently exploring the needs of the Conference in regard to Conference staffing. We are also in active conversations with persons in relationship to how the Conference staff might support and enable effective and vital ministry in the area of Congregational Development, as well as how we might improve our efforts to discover, develop, and deploy passionate spiritual lay and clergy leadership throughout our Conference area.  Rev. MacDonald will serve as the Interim Director of Connectional Ministries as we do our exploration and further determine Conference staffing needs for the future.
