Flood Clean Up Still Needed in Hundred, W. Va.

By WV UMC Admin

Our friends and neighbors in the Northern and MonValley Districts experienced heavy rains and flooding over the past two weeks.  While many hands have helped with clean up across the area, the community of Hundred is still especially hard hit.

We Need Work Teams!

There are 40+ homes in the Hundred, West Virginia area that are still in great need of mucking out mud.  There are also several footbridges requiring repair.  We are looking for work teams of all skill levels to travel to Hundred and help!  All cleaning supplies for mucking will be provided, but teams must supply their own tools necessary for footbridge work.

If you are able to volunteer or your time and team, please contact Dan Lowther, Disaster Response Coordinator, at 304-642-0897.

Please keep all affected by these floods in your prayers.
