West Virginia Conference responds to flooding in 8 counties

Saturday, July 29th, Governor Jim Justice declared a state of emergency for eight West Virginia counties due to flooding. Clean up teams are now needed.

Please get in touch with West Virginia Conference Disaster Response Leaders: Dan or Sue Lowther to learn how you may help residents in Monongalia, Marion, Harrison, Tucker, Taylor, Wetzel, Ohio, and Marshall Counties.

Assistance preparing flood buckets and other materials is also needed at the New Vision Depot in the Southern District.
