The West Virginia Conference e-news is an easy way to stay informed on Conference-wide news, events, and announcements. We publish at least twice month, please allow 10-14 days notice for enews publication of your submission. deadline to Please e-mail submissions to us here. It's helpful if you include all logistical information (who, what, when, etc.) and a couple of sentences describing the event/announcement.

Newspaper

The West Virginia United Methodist is the official print publication of the West Virginia Annual Conference. It is published six times a year (January, March, May, July, September, November). 

Deadlines for the 2011-2012 conference year are as follows:

August 15 for the September/October 2011 edition

October 30 for the November/December 2011 edition

December 15 for the January/February 2012 edition

February 28 for the March/April 2012 edition

April 30 for the May/June 2012 edition

June 30 for the July/August 2012 edition

To subscribe to The West Virginia United Methodist, send a check to: The West Virginia United Methodist, PO Box 2313, Charleston, WV 25328. Subscriptions are $15 per year. Please make sure you include your name and address.
