Lay Mobilization Institute

Through an 18-month Lay Mobilization Institute process, a church can build a team of spiritual leaders who assess their church and community to build a discipleship system that will foster transformation.  The principles used in LMI are very similar to ones we are using in various places throughout the conference – building teams that practice loving, learning and leading in order to create an environment that will allow for the deep transformative change that Christ can bring.

We’ve partnered with faculty and students at Asbury to bring this excellent resource to our conference.  Churches will participate in 4 on-site meetings, receive monthly coaching and resources along the way.
