Mission West Virginia is hosting a “Giving Back With Heart” art show and art auction Tuesday, Oct. 16, at The Cultural Center in Charleston. All of the artwork presented is created by incarcerated person in the West Virginia prison and jail system. All of the proceeds raised go to support scholarships for children who have a parent who has been incarcerated or who have been in the West Virginia foster care system.
